Brodsky Quartet are one of the worlds’s finest string quartets and are known for their pioneering work with a diverse range of performing artists, including Elvis Costello, Sting, Anne Sofie Von Otter, Dawn Upshaw and Bjork. Tunde Jegede has been working with the Brodsky Quartet for many years since they commissioned him to write a work for their Beethoven Opus 18 millennium recording. He has written two pieces especially for them, String Quartet No. 2 and Exile & Return scored for Kora and string quartet.
