This is an extract from Tunde Jegede’s String Quartet No.2 performed by the Brodsky Quartet at the Oxford Contemporary Music Festival. The piece was commissioned by the quartet as part of their Opus 18 Project where they invited six composers from around the world to respond to Beethoven’s string quartets and was subsequently recorded and is available on the Vanguard label.
